Do you have handicap-accessible parking and building accessibility?
Yes, we have several handicapped parking spots, and we are a handicap-accessible building.
Do you have weekend and evening hours?
Our Office hours are generally Monday – Friday, 9:30 to 6:30.
However, we are aware of the high demands of work schedules, kids’ scheduled activities, and taking care of family members. If we find that we cannot accommodate a client during the week, we will do our best to offer later evening appointments or Saturday appointments.
Do you offer Telehealth appointments?
Yes, we do we offer secure Tele-conference/Video Sessions through a HIPPA-Compliant system.

What method of payment do you accept in your office?
We accept checks, cash, credit card, and HSA or FSA cards.
Do you take my insurance?
I accept most major insurance policies including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan, Meritain, and others.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your time is exclusively reserved for you.
We ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid being billed a cancellation fee of $75.00.

What can I expect on my first visit?
Congratulations on looking into therapy as an option to assist you.
You can expect to be welcomed into our office and enjoy a soft beverage or tea. Please bring your own water, soft drink, or coffee if would like.
Next you will complete initial paperwork, if you chose not to complete the paperwork online.
We will complete an intake on the first day. This allows me to get know you, your lifestyle strengths, and challenges.
We will explore the reason for treatment at this time and then come up with goals to achieve through our work together.
Our work begins during your first session, typically the last 20 minutes of the session allow me to offer feedback and provide education on an effective coping skill that you can begin practicing when you leave the office.
Do you allow service animals or emotional support animals?
Yes, we always allow registered Service Animals. We also allow Emotional Support Dogs if they are well trained/behaved and do not cause a distraction.
Owners are 100% responsible for their animals. If you wish to bring an emotional support dog on your first visit, please notify us first.
At times, we have a lazy therapy dog working in the office.
